Torment of the heart?

I'm doing this thing (too complicated to explain) but it's about two people and the story-line is that they fall in love. However, the male has not loved for a VERY long time (over 300 years old) and even now he struggles with admitting his love for this woman. To explain their connection, I was thinking of naming it "The Torment of the heart" would that make sense or should I choose something else? If so, suggestions would be nice. (:
