Frozen food safe after power outage?

We had a 30-hour power outage while I was out of town. By the time I came home, power had been on for a few days, so I had no way of knowing if the meats still had ice crystals and were therefore safe to keep. BUT the ice cubes in the bowl were still largely intact, i.e., they had not melted and re-frozen into one giant ice mass. What say you, Yahoo Answers experts? Is the food still safe??
