HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! POSSIBLY PREGNANT????????????????

okay so i am having strange symptoms : sore breasts, cramps, and yeah wired enough... frequent bowl movements?? I am taking sprintec birth control pills and have been for two years. Never has the pill made me have these symptoms. My period is a week away so most likely that's not the cause. About two to three weeks ago I was nine hours late on one of my pills.... could i be pregnant? Is it to soon to take a test???
