Eating 1200 calories a day and burning 1000 on the treadmill?
How long until i see results? i just want to lose a tiny bit of fat in my ab area and waist and the fronts of my thighs. will running help that? i also do weight training 3 days a week (treadmill 6 days a week burning 1000 calories per day). Also i feel i have bulky calf muscles. will running make them look a little more chiseled and not just bulky? (im a girl). So i was just wondering what type of results i would see from this in what amount of time. im 5'8 and 130 pounds so i really dont have a lot to lose. Thanks!
