Is Herman Cain in the race to be Mitt Romney's lapdog?

Is this guy serious or is he only running to gain support from the faction of conservatives that get emotionally transfixed by hokey one liners and vague conservativish platitudes. Who do you think this guy is going to throw his support behind when he drops out? Probably the same oily haired, chiseled chinned politician he supported last time.
