People food as cat treats?

I just got a 7 year old tabby cat. In the morning and in the evening she gets one can of Nutro wet food, and she has a bowl of Nutro dry food that is out for her all day. Sometimes she gets Greenies cat treats (and of course plenty of water). I was wondering if theres any kind of people food I could give her as a rare treat, or if I should just stick to cat stuff.
