How can I get rock-hard dumps to impress the ladies?

I am newly single and looking to get back into the dating scene. But before I do, I want to get dumps like a truck and thighs like what! My churls and pipes are oh so right and my dingers and toats are almost there. What are the best exercises to get chiseled results the ladies will go crazy over?
