Pet rat accidental cage fall dont know how it happened?

i returned home to my rats cage on the floor upside down but strangely everything except my rats food bowl and eatable log were covered by the bedding but those two things were sitting perfectly but she is now acting very strange and is really jumpy and doesnt wanna be in her cage she is also moving alot faster and is now starting to nibble at everything even me and my girlfriend which we are the owners she has never done this before and it is making me nervous and am wondering if she is in shock or something
