Question for all christians?

Why would an all loving God create poison ivy, mosquitos, scorpions, poisonus snakes, leeches etc. It seems that they are just here to torment us. Also, God did not create them after the fall of Adam and Eve. In the Bible it says that God created all living things during the first seven days of creation.
