How much of a chance do I have to get into the university of washington?

I have finished my junior year in a small town Illinois high school and I was wondering how much of a chance do I have to get into the university of Washington (Seattle) my GPA was 3.69(on a 4.0 scale) I only got an 18 on the ACT. I'm in the Science Club, Art Club, and Scholar Bowl next year I plan to take as many hard classes as I can, and work hard to maintain a good GPA. I also work at a local grocery store.
